    Just subscribed for 3 months a few days ago to see how it is. We have used other providers in the past but were always loaded with channels we never used & at times buffering.     Tried 24hrs no problems. Then tried 1 month and again no problems. So now will go for the 3months. I have tried many other suppliers and either they kept buffering or free screen. I would say that this is Carlsberg of screening, a first-class service. Well done.

    Any issues like buffering or sound issues is normally a result of your own box.

    I am happy enough with my purchase most Channels work well apart from “The Disney Channel” and “Disney Junior” these seem to be the problem Channels especially the last 3 days and every so often they tent to freeze or not work at all which is extremely annoying. I have a son with Autism and these are the ONLY 2 Channel he watches and as you can imagine trying to explain why they were not working it caused a couple of meltdowns (which is never good!) because he couldn’t understand why this was happening, and he just wanted it fixed.
    If these 2 Channels worked as well as others I would be extremely happy and would have given 5*
